How it works
Two people. One flight. The math is simple.
A sender posts a request. A traveller already flying that route carries it. Here’s the whole loop.

Match lockedYYZ → LOS · escrow funded

Two ways in. One protected marketplace.
Senders join freely. Travellers join by invitation, because they’re the ones carrying trust for other people.

Sender
No invitation- 01Create an accountNo queue. Look around straight away.
- 02Verify your identityGovernment ID and a biometric match through Persona, before your first send.
- 03SendEscrow holds your payment, the traveller is verified, and handover is confirmed on the ground.

Traveller
By invitation- 01Arrive with a codeFrom earnvoy, or from a traveller who already carries with us.
- 02Verify identity and residencyPersona ID and biometric check, then residency for the country you’re based in.
- 03Take matchesAfter your first delivery you can invite a few people you know.
Sign up with your invite →Invite required
Why the difference? The traveller holds someone else’s belongings, with someone else’s money riding on it. So that side is vetted harder, and an invitation is the first filter. It’s how earnvoy works, not a temporary restriction.
No one to invite you? Tell us where you fly and we’ll send one ourselves.
