section 01
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Earnvoy platform (the "Platform"). It describes what you can and cannot send through Earnvoy, how you must conduct yourself as a user, and what happens if you violate these rules.
This AUP is part of your agreement with Earnvoy and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1.2 Why This Matters
Earnvoy connects real people who trust each other with real parcels. Every rule in this AUP exists because breaking it puts other users, travelers, senders, recipients, or the Platform itself at risk. We take these rules seriously and we expect you to as well.
1.3 Who This Applies To
This AUP applies to all users of the Platform, whether senders, travelers, or both. It applies to your conduct on the Platform, in communications with other users, and in any activity related to a delivery you arrange through Earnvoy.
section 02
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items cannot be sent through Earnvoy under any circumstances. Attempting to send prohibited items is a serious violation and may result in transaction cancellation, account restriction or termination, allocation or refund of transaction funds under the Terms of Service, recovery of losses, and reporting to authorities where required or permitted by law.

2.3A United Kingdom Corridor Restrictions
For any journey originating in, transiting through, or ending in the United Kingdom, users must comply with UK customs, border, aviation-security, export-control, sanctions, product-safety, medicines, food, plant, animal, excise, and cash-control rules. Restricted: excise goods, cash, or monetary instruments above applicable allowances or reporting thresholds.
Prohibited: any item barred by an airline, airport, postal-security rule, sanctions regime, or UK border authority.
The list is illustrative. Platform acceptance never means that an item is lawful, safe, insurable, or guaranteed to clear customs.
2.4 When You're Unsure
If you're not sure whether an item is permitted, err on the side of not sending it. You can:
- Contact Earnvoy support at support@earnvoy.com for guidance
- Consult the customs authority of the origin and destination countries
- Consult a licensed customs broker
Uncertainty is not a defense to violating this AUP.

No user may bypass required evidence, photograph, code, signature, or geolocation controls. A recipient’s confirmation does not waive a sender’s or traveler’s legal rights.

We investigate reported and detected violations of this AUP. We may:
- Review Platform data and communications

Retaliating against a user for making a good-faith report of a violation is itself a violation of this AUP.
